Infrared thermal imaging has many benefits during a home inspection, however we primarily use this technology to find hidden water leaks. Many times a pipe is leaking within a wall or ceiling and the water stains are not visible to the naked eye yet. An Infrared thermal camera will see these water leaks when the area is wet.

We use thermal imaging on every inspection to test the heating systems, air conditioning systems (when outdoor temperatures permit) and check for water leaks unseen to the naked eye.
